• Quote and contact forms: name, company, email, phone, shipment details and any files you upload (such as packing lists).
• Tracking enquiries: your shipment reference and how to reach you.

How we use it

• To prepare and send quotations and respond to enquiries.
• To book, document, move and track your shipments.

Who we share it with

Only what is necessary to do the job: carriers, airlines, shipping lines, customs authorities, port and border agencies, and insurers - and only the details each party needs. We do not sell personal data.

Shipment and documentation records are kept as long as Kenyan law and contract terms require. Enquiry and marketing data is kept while the relationship is active and removed when no longer needed.
