This website is provided by Brandmax Global Logistics Ltd for information about our services and for submitting enquiries. You may use it for lawful purposes only. Content may not be copied for commercial reuse without written permission.
2. Information, not a contract
Service descriptions, transit times and guides on this site are general information, not offers or guarantees. A binding agreement for carriage, clearance, storage or any other service exists only once confirmed in writing under our trading terms.
3. Quotations
Quotes issued in response to a request are valid for the period stated on the quotation, are based on the information you provide and on rates and conditions at the time of issue, and may change if cargo details, dates, fuel costs, duties or carrier rates change.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate cargo descriptions, weights, dimensions and documentation.
- Declare dangerous, restricted or regulated goods before booking.
- Ensure goods are properly packed unless packing is part of the agreed service.
- Comply with customs and trade regulations in origin, transit and destination countries.
5. Liability
Our liability for logistics services is governed by the terms of the applicable contract and, where relevant, international conventions. We recommend cargo insurance for all shipments and can arrange it on request.
6. Intellectual property
The Brandmax name, logo, site design and content belong to Brandmax Global Logistics Ltd. Trademarks of carriers or partners remain the property of their owners.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts, unless a written contract states otherwise.
