Cargo gets dropped, stacked, rained on, craned and inspected. Packing built for the showroom rarely survives the journey - which is why export packing is its own discipline, and why Brandmax does it in-house.
We build custom timber cases and crates to the cargo's exact dimensions and weight, using ISPM-15 compliant heat-treated timber that satisfies international phytosanitary rules (a requirement at most destination ports). Inside the case, goods are blocked, braced, wrapped and - for sensitive equipment - vacuum-packed with moisture protection.
On-site packing is available for machinery and items too large or awkward to move unpacked: our crew comes to your premises with materials and builds around the equipment where it stands. Every packed item is marked, weighed and documented for the shipping file.

Frequently asked questions
What is ISPM-15 and does it matter?
ISPM-15 is the international standard requiring wood packaging to be heat-treated against pests. Non-compliant timber can get entire shipments refused or destroyed at destination - all our export timber is compliant.
Can you pack at our premises?
Yes - on-site packing is routine for machinery and equipment that is difficult to move unpacked.
Do you insure packed goods?
Packing and insurance are separate services but commonly bought together - professionally packed cargo also attracts better insurance terms.
