Kenya to the region, on a schedule you can plan around.

Road Freight

Local, regional and cross-border trucking between Kenya and East African markets.

Loaded truck hauling freight on a highway

Brandmax runs road freight along the corridors East African trade actually uses: the Northern Corridor from Mombasa through Nairobi to Malaba and beyond into Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan, and the Central Corridor south through Namanga into Tanzania.

We offer full truckload (FTL) where your cargo takes the vehicle, and part-load (LTL) options for smaller consignments that share deck space. Cross-border movements include transit documentation, border coordination at Malaba, Busia, Namanga, Taveta and other posts, and communication that keeps you posted as cargo crosses each checkpoint.

Vehicles are vetted for condition and compliance, journeys are planned against realistic transit times rather than optimistic ones, and every delivery closes with a signed proof of delivery returned to your file.

Frequently asked questions

Which countries do you serve by road?

We regularly run to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Burundi, Zambia and the eastern DRC corridor. Other regional destinations can be arranged on request.

How long is Mombasa to Kampala by road?

A direct FTL run typically takes 3-5 days including the Malaba or Busia border crossing, depending on border queues. We plan schedules honestly rather than quote best-case days.

Can you handle part loads?

Yes - LTL options let smaller consignments share truck space at a proportional rate on scheduled departures.
