Questions

Frequently asked

What does a 3PL arrangement look like?

We take over defined logistics functions - typically inbound freight, storage and distribution - under a service agreement with agreed KPIs and reporting.

Is cargo insurance really necessary?

Carrier liability covers only a fraction of cargo value. Insurance is strongly recommended, and we can arrange it at the same time as your freight booking.

Can you advise before we commit to a trade lane?

Yes - route planning and landed-cost analysis are designed exactly for that stage, before money is committed.
