Many suppliers. One shipment. One invoice.

Consolidation Services

We group compatible shipments so smaller loads travel at full-container economics.

Shipping containers stacked in a container yard

Buying from several suppliers in one market? Shipping each order separately means paying for air on small parcels or half-empty containers. Brandmax consolidation brings it together: goods from multiple suppliers are received at a partner warehouse, combined into a single shipment and moved as one - with one Bill of Lading, one customs entry and one invoice from us.

On arrival the box is de-consolidated at our facility, cargo is checked against your packing lists, and each consignee's goods are released or distributed separately. You keep the visibility of individual orders while paying the economics of a full load.

Consolidation works for both sea and air, and it is especially effective for retailers and distributors importing mixed ranges - electronics, textiles, hardware, household goods - where no single supplier fills a container alone.

Goods received

Each supplier delivers to the consolidation warehouse; cargo is checked and logged against your order list.

Cleared and split

We clear the consignment, de-consolidate by consignee and deliver or release each portion.

Frequently asked questions

How much can consolidation save?

Savings depend on volume, but combining small parcels into shared container space routinely cuts freight cost per kilo by 40-70% compared with shipping individually.

Do my suppliers need to do anything differently?

Almost nothing - they deliver to the consolidation warehouse address we provide, with your reference on the documents. We coordinate the rest.

Can consolidation work by air?

Yes - air consolidation combines multiple small shipments into one master airway bill, with the same documentation and cost benefits.
